UPS solar were all very professional and efficient throughout the process from enquiry to installation. Joe and Adam worked flat out during the installation and did a very neat job. Really pleased with our experience with UPS Solar from start to finish. The team were professional, knowledgeable and friendly, and we’re delighted with the finished solar and battery system.
There was a slight issue around communication regarding the scaffolding and the need to access our property through our neighbours’ side, which caused us a bit of difficulty at short notice. However, UPS dealt with the issue constructively and amicably, listened to our concerns and found a fair resolution. For me, how a company responds when something doesn’t go entirely to plan says a lot about them.

Absolutely the best solar company in UK,  I tried to find the best company from UK about solar battery sistem instalation and i found it.  It s UPS Solar.  I found the best reviews in UK and I decided to contact.  All was clear  nice spoke wit Allan Young who explained me what's the best for me, they applied for DNO , professional company with top communication,  and than 2 days installation, professional people came, and hard work but but the result it's brilliant, all was absolutely perfect. , the details ( cables hidden underground, clean , all things fixed in the right place.  Top professional.  They are the best.  Fixed for me 16 panels + sigenergy battery 30 kw+ sigenergy charger. Top top.  Finished the job Friday.  Monday received the bill and paid.  Next day received all documents and certificate ready to send to Octopus for energy export.  So in this company all departments work 10 of 10.

Had 12 solar panels fitted by Joe and Adam from UPS Solar Ltd. yesterday. Can’t compliment them enough for their efficient and hard work throughout the day. From the moment they arrived( on time ) till the moment they left with the job completed, they were friendly, helpful and thoroughly professional. They left the site tidy and provided us with guidance on using the app. and details of future contact.
Well done and thanks to you both.

This was a more complex solar/battery domestic installation than usual valued at £14,500 and necessitating two follow-up visits from the initial installation to achieve the desired result.  No project of this kind is without issues and in some respects was an unexpected learning experience!
Nevertheless, over a two month period I never felt any lack of confidence that UPS Solar and its staff were anything other than completely committed to delivering a solution to meet requirements and did not charge a single penny for rework, in spite of my offer to pay for it. A very positive experience. Initial contact was informative and reliable. Throughout there was good, clear communication and deadlines were maintained. Each person encountered worked efficiently and neatly with the final handover informative and reassuring. We had 16 panels and a 11.5kw battery installed in June 2026. Would highly recommend UPS (and have done to friends who are now waiting for their installation). Pre-sales advice/survey, in terms of optimising the system for our house and our needs was excellent. The price seemed very competitive vs. other quotes received too. The organisation was also excellent and the installation neat and efficient. After sales was also excellent (we had a small issue with the bird protection kinking after installation, but this was rectified quickly). The scaffolding was up and back down quickly, as promised. Slight hiccup caused by Octopus when (after the solar installation) installing a new smart meter, but UPS resolved this too on a return visit.  All documents etc. were received quickly and we're now up and running and using and exporting lots of our own power. With thanks to Chris, Sophie, Debbie, Dennis and team.
