From start to finish, communication was great. Nothing was too much trouble, engineers attended, were so helpful. Special mention to the engineer, who took time out to go through the apps, and explain in detail, how the system works. As we speak producing electricity.

I would highly recommend UPS Solar for your installation.  From Sales staff, Installation and Support staff they have been efficient and polite.  Robert and Tony who fitted the system at our home were hard working, tidy and extremely knowledgeable about the product. Good experience, quite willing to negotiate on price. Installers very dedicated,worked hard all day before driving to another job. Panels working well so far, shame the government can't get the infrastructure right so that we can export our surplus power without giving it away for free

Really pleased with my solar and battery installation from UPS in early January 2024. The service was superb from start to finish and everything went like clockwork. This is a highly professional team, from the first contact through the design and quotation stage they explained everything clearly. The installation was carried out in one day and all the packaging was removed leaving the place very clean and tidy. What can I say, the whole process from first website enquiry, through survey, discussions with the technical team, scaffolding and installation was superb. I have had solar before so knew a bit about what I did and didn't want, but unlike the others, UPS-Solar were willing to discuss my idea's and offer suggestions as we homed in on my perfect system. Moreover (unlike many others) I didn't pay a single penny until the entire system was installed and generating power.
